RESIDENTIAL PHOTOGRAPHY RATES

We strive to make your property look it’s best through photography. We will deliver a minimum of 25 photos, but will also include as many as it takes to capture all the best features of the home, interior and exterior. All photos are shot in natural light, except twilight exteriors where flashes are used to enhance architectural features and landscaping. Every image is edited and delivered in two sizes: optimized for MLS and Hi-Res for web and print marketing. We strive for 24-hour turnaround times from shoot to delivery, although more detailed properties may take a little longer.

Pricing is based on the size of the home, $175 min.

From 2,500-5,999 SF pricing is $.07/SF based on County appraisal district records.

For estates above 6,000 SF please call to discuss a photographic marketing strategy for extensive property features or highlights and the option of aerial, twilight images or video.

USAGE RIGHTS

All photos are owned by Charlie Walker Creative. Temporary usage rights are licensed to a single agent for a single listing until that listing sells or goes off the market. Agents are granted permanent usage rights for their own marketing needs.
